About Me
Kat Trimble is a licensed Clinical Myotherapist & Sports Trainer. She has an interest in the early stages of injuries/pain presentations, associated with shoulders, and lower body issues. Passionate about helping individuals achieve optimal physical function, pain management and improve their quality of life, Kat combines research-based practices with an understanding your uniqueness and produces a personalised approach to care.

Professional Philosophy
Kat believes in a holistic, patient-centred approach to physical therapy. By addressing and modifying not just the symptoms but the root causes of physical dysfunction including biological, psychological, and social factors to the presenting concern. She invests her time to encourage patients to take an active role in their recovery and long-term health.

Each treatment plan is tailored to the individual needs and goals of the patient, incorporating a blend of manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and patient advice/ education. Kat is committed to staying at the forefront of physical therapy advancements to provide the most effective and innovative care possible.

Personal Note
When not in the clinic, Kat enjoys hiking, yoga, and supporting the AFL Brisbane Lions. Whilst she loves sports in general she has an interest in hockey, acrobatics/gymnastics, AFL. These activities and interests not only contribute to her personal well-being but also inform her approach to patient care.
